After working in the industry for 10 years, including a stint visiting other clinics as a representative for an international skincare company, I opened Trading Faces in 1995. Over the years, I have employed and trained close to 100 skincare therapists, dedicating over 20 years to building up a very successful team and business. In 2017, with over 30 years in the business, I decided to downsize, stop dedicating my time to staff management, marketing, and accounting and return to the treatment room myself permanently. My passion has always been taking a gentle, but proactive approach to treating the skin and encouraging my clients to allow themselves some ‘time out’ regularly.
